How do you draw a process map?
- Write the trigger that starts the process and the point where it ends.
- Draw the steps in order as boxes and show decision points as diamonds.
- If you use swimlanes, open a lane for each role and show handovers as arrows between lanes.
- Link each box to the matching SOP or work instruction.
